TRX Suspension Training
This class uses a combination of synergistic, dynamic, static, isokentic and a variety of exercises to increase your strength, stability, range of motion, core, stamina and power through body weight training. Suspension training is very simple to master.
The beauty of this training style is that you are in complete control of the intensity of your workout by making slight body adjustments, you can make it as hard or easy as you want and still get a great workout!
TRX is great for all fitness levels, health levels and ages to include:
