I just wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how much I am enjoying my membership at SouthWest. From the moment I walk into the Club, I am always greeted by a friendly and often helpful receptionist. The atmosphere in the gym is terrific. I am often approached by one of the staff to see if everything is ok, and they are very approachable if I have a question.
Also, the facility itself is great; I appreciate the new machines and I especially like how clean the gym is kept. Michael, keep up the good work!

I was born a plump child… I tipped the scales at eight. I thought goodness gracious could this be my fate. I struggled all my life to reach a reasonable weight, but the g_ds of fitness had someone in store for me… who I wouldn’t meet until I was 38.
I walked into SouthWest Fitness… not knowing much about exercise, until a wonderful man named Michael opened my half-closed eyes. He taught me to try just a bit more… when out of nowhere my body started changing, my gosh… could this be a new door?
Where my new world would have me explaining to my friends, family and neighbors… there is no secret to the new found me, just a good friend named Michael who taught and kept encouraging me.
I’ve learned the meaning of goals, and to find them you’ve got to keep going… and from the person I now see in the mirror… I believe my goal is definitely showing.

I have been a member of the SouthWest Fitness Club for a few years now and just wanted to say thank you for a club that offers many perks that I know other clubs do not. I can go to the club’s website and learn about health facts, nutrition and pick up new reciepes.
Aside from those facts, the club itself offers a variety of classes and professional trainers that are up-to-date with the latest training techniques. It seems that there is always something new being added to further our knowledge of how to keep and maintain our bodies in a healthy daily life style.

I have been a member of the gym for over six years and I consider the SouthWest Fitness Club my second home. The Staff and instructors could not be better. I think the best example is: Recently I moved to Connecicut, I would drive back to SouthWest Fitness once every two weeks to see everyone and workout. That is a three hour trip and 140 miles. I think that that says it all.

Personal training is something that has changed my life. When I workout with my trainer Michael, I am physically challenged, mentally motivated and driven to work harder, push myself that much further and reach for more.
